I simply love my visits here 😊 Every time I pop in to smithers, I have to make a stop for their fresh chai tea 💖 This isn't just a bookstore; it's every tranquil person's favourite book nook

Great bookstore and cafe with all kinds of gems to find. Love this spot and their chai.

The prices are reasonable and the selection rivals other bookstores in the northwest. If you're attending college or university, do take advantage of the student discount offered.

Best place for coffee

This place is an absolute gem. Everyone in my family loves coming in to explore, connect, and if need be, have a light snack. There really is something for everyone here for birthdays, anniversaries, holiday gifts, and thank you prizes.

This place is great. I went in for a book, found the one I was looking for, had a tea, and ended up conversing with new people. The cute girl with the moose sweater behind the counter always greets people with a smile and is very approachable and knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back to this cafe when I'm in the area.

This is the place in Smithers to purchase local cd's, tickets to events or to order a latte and sweet. Janet is always friendly and knowledgeable of local people and events.

Inviting staff and atmosphere. Great food and beverages for great prices. I love the teas and canned juice selections. The book shelves are packed and lots of fun to peruse! Other interesting little bits and bobs to check out.

This cozy little shop has great chai and coffee, baked snacks and soups. There are used and some new books, gifts and cards. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Janet, the owner and proprietor, is the cornerstone of this place: a very big heart in a little lady.

Great place. Best little used bookstore I have ever been in. Small, crammed with books, good prices and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. If you are a reader that is going to Smithers, this is a stop you won't regret.

The vast variety of both second hand and new books alone would be enough to make this an amazing shop. Add the uniquely delicious coffees and treats and you find a gem where folk from all walks of life and miles around come to relax, share food and discuss the world at large. A Philosopher's Haven in the modern world.
